Written for Wild Secrets, I was honoured to be asked to write about one of my favourite topics. I write about the basics of polyamory and answer all the frequently asked questions about the non-monogamy journey, the jealousy, the myths and everything in-between.

For this round of writing for Good Vibes Clinic, I write about how sex can differ for neurodivergent folks when it comes to communication, attention and sensory stimulus. While this can make sex more complex, these differences can be turned into strengths and it starts with knowing ourselves.
