Samples of Sel's writing for sexual wellness brands and organisations

Written for Good Vibes Clinic, I preach about the concept of body literacy, what it means to listen to your body, what makes it so difficult to do so and why it's worth learning in service to your pleasure.

Written for Happie Holl, a glorious and sexy brand dedicated to booty care. I write about the challenges I see in and outside of my therapy room when it comes to modern dating. In between the situationships, fish pics and dating app fatigue, there is still hope!
