Transport: If you are arriving by car there is untimed street parking in surrounding streets. If you are arriving by bus or train, there are multiple transport options including a 15 - 20 minute walk from Sydenham Station or Stanmore Station, or several buses including the 423, 426, 428, 430.

Entrance:​ When you arrive in front of 70 Shepherd St, you enter through the green gate-door. Head to Level One where you'll find the reception area. We'll be in Suite 5, branded "Just Healing". Make yourself comfortable and I'll greet you in the waiting area to start our session.

Facilities: There are gendered bathrooms and a shared kitchen space on Level One. Help yourself to water and tea.

Accessibility: Unfortunately the space is not fully accessible as the therapy room is up two flights of stairs.
